Success?

Jackson's crib is disassembled, his door is shut and there is no sound coming from his room. Could this mean that he has successfully fallen asleep in his "big boy bed" (aka crib mattress on the floor)?
Lets hope so.
I'm sure once the novelty wears off, it will be much harder, but for now, I will enjoy the peace and quiet.

That is a big step! Smart idea to put the crib mattress on the floor until he gets the idea! That is a lot less of a fall...

Ikea has very cute toddler beds. My granddaughter's is bright red with bright animals carved in the headboard. It would look so cute with Jackson's new doggie quilt.
It's a real emotional leap to move out of the crib, for Mommy as well as toddler! Way to go!
